Red Victor 3, a Vauxhall Victor owned and driven by Andy Frost is a road legal, IVA tested ProMod drag race car which was built with the specific intention in mind to be the worlds quickest and fastest road legal car in the quarter mile. This goal was achieved in 2012, but the record was taken by Larry Larson of USA in 2014, then by Jeff Lutz also of USA in 2017. The Red Victor Team began a crowd funding campaign to raise the costs required  to improve the car, making it lighter and more powerful to make an attempt to regain the title and bring it back to Britain.
